Orders are paid by Cash on Delivery. After you place an order, our team calls the phone number provided to confirm your order and delivery address.

The shipping fee, if any, is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery timelines are shared when your order is confirmed.

If an item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us through the Contact page as soon as possible with your order number.

Eligibility, timelines and any conditions for returns or exchanges are confirmed by our team on a case-by-case basis.

We collect only the details needed to process and deliver your order: name, phone number, address, city and optional email and notes.

Your cart and wishlist are stored in your own browser. We do not sell your personal information.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Stock is verified when you place an order; if an item becomes unavailable we will let you know before confirming.

We may cancel an order that cannot be confirmed by phone.
