Do you deliver jewellery across Pakistan?
Yes. Delivery is free in Lahore and costs Rs 150 for other cities across Pakistan. Your shipping fee is shown at checkout before you place an order.
How long will delivery take?
Our team shares delivery timelines when your order is confirmed. Contact us with your city and order number for a delivery update.
What material is the jewellery made from?

Can I return a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number if an item arrives damaged or different from your order. Our team confirms return or exchange eligibility and conditions case by case.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery. You pay in PKR when your order arrives.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Checkout works as a guest — you only need your name, phone number and delivery address.
How do I know if a piece is in stock?
Stock is checked live. You can't add more pieces to your cart than we have available, and stock is re-verified when you place your order.
How will I know my order was received?
After placing your order you'll see a confirmation page with your order number. Our team will contact you on the phone number provided to confirm delivery.
